1. Services

Utulivu Massage provides professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Body Scrub, and Hot Stone massage. All services are for therapeutic and relaxation purposes only.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.

  • A confirmation email/text will be sent after booking.

  • Clients must provide accurate contact details.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge of the service fee.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where services were not rendered due to our fault.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Our therapists provide professional, ethical massage therapy.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions before the session.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.

  • Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, and cash.

  • Taxes may apply based on Canadian provincial laws.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store personal data as per PIPEDA & Québec’s Law 25.

  • Booking information is used strictly for appointment management.
